Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 18sx platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 18sx platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any related service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 18sx as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.
The 18sx platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the age stated above and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Continued use of the 18sx platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page from time to time.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of 18sx services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
18sx reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly prior to processing the first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on the account.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your login details with any other party. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether carried out by you or by any other party you have or have not authorised — is your responsibility alone.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Users of the 18sx platform agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive activity against other users.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using unauthorised automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Distributing content that is obscene, offensive, or in violation of Malaysian law.
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties.
- Using the platform to launder money or engage in any other illicit financial activity.
- Registering an account in another person's name without valid authorisation.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of wallet balances linked to unauthorised activity, and further legal action where applicable.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 18sx platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports several popular local payment methods among Malaysian users, including FPX, DuitNow Transfer, and designated e-wallets as updated from time to time.
Deposit Terms
Successful deposits will be credited to your account wallet within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the payment method used. 18sx is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or payment processors. Any deposit made through unauthorised methods or using another person's bank account without their consent is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification and full compliance with all applicable conditions. 18sx reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, multiple account usage, or a breach of the terms of use. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.
18sx does not charge any transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals; however, any third-party charges that may apply are beyond our control.
All values on this platform are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Foreign currencies are not accepted directly.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
18sx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranty regarding service availability or accuracy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 18sx platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of 18sx and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The 18sx platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 18sx is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to any external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
18sx reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Users who breach any provision of these terms and conditions.
- There is evidence or indication of fraud, misconduct, or unauthorised use of the platform.
- Users found to be operating multiple accounts.
- A request has been received from the relevant authorities.
- Accounts left inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's internal policy.
In the event of account closure due to fraud or a breach of terms, 18sx reserves the right to withhold any related balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may contact us for further information via our support email.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to successful identity verification.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Amendments to Terms
18sx reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the latest version of the terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for all matters relating to the use of the 18sx platform.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
